Destination Goulburn Valley Annual General Meeting

Partners and interested community members are invited to attend.
The AGM will include presentation of the Annual Report, Financial Report, Committee’s Report and Auditor’s Report for the year ended 30 June 2025, the election of Committee Members and Office Bearers, and general business in accordance with the Destination Goulburn Valley Constitution.

The meeting will be conducted as a hybrid meeting, providing the opportunity to vote, comment and ask questions. Information about participating virtually is available on our website and has been provided with the official Notice of Meeting.

Board Nominations
We are seeking expressions of interest from community members who may wish to join the Destination Goulburn Valley Board. To nominate, please contact: chair@destinationgoulburnvalley.com.au

Proxies
Members may vote on resolutions by proxy. Your proxy must be another Destination Goulburn Valley member.
An Appointment of Proxy form is available upon request by emailing the Chair at chair@destinationgoulburnvalley.com.au.

To be valid, completed proxy forms must be provided to the Chair prior to the commencement of the meeting. Proxy forms submitted electronically or by post must be received no later than 24 hours before the AGM begins.

Financial Report
Copies of the Financial Report are available by contacting Destination Goulburn Valley. Copies will also be available for viewing at the AGM.
